Near South Side is one of the 77 community areas in Chicago, and is located immediately south of Chicago.
It is bounded by Roosevelt Road to the north, the Chicago River, Clark Street and Federal Street to the west, 26th Street to the south and Lake Michigan to the east.
The rail lines include CTA routes, Canadian National, Metra, BNSF and CSX lines.
